GENERAL POLICY

DigiBrandX operates as a professional digital agency. All projects involve strategic planning, creative execution, and valuable time and resources from our team. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. This applies to all services including Branding, Logo Design, Website Design & Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

If a project is canceled, paused, or postponed by the CLIENT for any reason, all amounts paid will be retained by DigiBrandX. Additional charges may apply for any work completed beyond the initial payment.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Design and web development require significant internal resources. As such, all payments—partial or full—are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes services like:

Logo Design
Branding
UI/UX Design
Website Design & Development
E-commerce Projects
Web Applications

MARKETING SERVICES

All fees related to SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, or any digital advertising campaigns are non-refundable due to upfront resource allocation and campaign setup efforts. Campaigns require a setup phase, optimization period, and ongoing management—making them non-reversible.

SETUP FEES

Any setup fees charged for digital marketing, development, or design projects cover operational expenses and are non-refundable.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If the CLIENT initiates a chargeback or dispute with a bank or credit card company for a valid payment:

All services will be immediately suspended
Work completed may be reversed or removed
A chargeback fee will be added to the outstanding balance
Legal action may be pursued if fraud is suspected

All disputes will be reviewed with documented proof and defended by our legal team. We urge clients to contact us first at sales@digibrandx.com for resolution.
